Mark’s world is solving complex digital challenges. He’s spent time helping customers order internet and cable packages for Shaw and Rogers, designing online business banking dashboards for financial institutions, and has worked to map the ideal customer experience of many iconic companies. Today, he leads Evans Hunt’s 25-person-strong customer experience team of UX designers, content strategists, researchers, and data/social specialists.
In another life, Mark worked in Paris to lead content development for Rolex’s 2007 redesign. Early in his career, he served with the United Nations Development Program in Mongolia and Cambodia, while writing several travel guidebooks.
